JOB DESCRIPTION

LEARNING & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT UNITED GROUP

1. Handling Corporate Training Program (Group Of Company - 5 Company)

2. Arranging For Schedule Corporate Training Program.

3. Collaborate with managers from other divisions to be able to develop a training need analyst concept

that suits the needs of each division.

4. As an internal liaison with training vendors who programmatically require certification, both technically

and non-technically.

5. Create a curriculum and training syllabus that is tailored to the needs of each division and training

category that is intended for each employee level.

6. Organize and carry out training schedules both offline and online.

7. Carry out training as a trainer.

8. Responsible for the new employee onboarding program and carry out the induction program up to

assessment and review for the next 3 months.

9. Responsible for the internship program according to the company's needs, especially for each division.

10. Responsible for the implementation of the MDP program as the future cadre of the company.

11. Creating visual creative content of interesting learning media.

12. Create and update training presentation modules.

13. Handling for internal events related to the company calendar or national calendar.

14. Review and assess the success of the training that has been carried out and report it to the

management

15. Create an employee engagement program and do it to get a desired corporate culture in accordance

with the company's vision and mission.
