CIVIL SPECIFICATIONS
S.NO DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Earth work excavation for foundation upto 6 feet deep in all soils and sub-soils except in rock
1 requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and
depositing the surplus earth within the compound.
Refilling the excavated earth in the pits of foundation after column raising and consolidating

in layers.
Providing and applying anti-termite for the foundation and basement with Darsban or
3
equivalent solution with desired dosage.
Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using 40 mm gauge hard broken stone jalli for foundation
4 including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well
rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and filling the basement of upto 6 feet height with red gravel or well gravel and

consolidating with water in layers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm gauge hard broken stone jalli for all RCC
6 items including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators,
finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for
7 Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth
beams, grade beams, staircase steps, slabs etc.

Supply and fabricating of steel reinforcement including placing in position and cost of binding

wire, covering blocks etc complete.

Brick work using Red Bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" X2-3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:6 including

curing, neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs,
beams, sunshades, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar

1:4 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for
sunshades, staircases and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification

Plastering the walls with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc.

FINISHING SPECIFICATIONS

Dadooing walls with glazed tiles in Cement Mortar 1:3, 10mm thick and pointing the
joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments neatly in all bathrooms and
2 kitchen walls, curing, etc., complying with standard specification.(cost of tile-
Rs.35/sft)
Providing and fixing of Jet Black granite for Kirchen top and for steps over a concrete
3 bed including rounding of edges and filling of Joints etc.
 Painting two coats of ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of
approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of
4 dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty for celing, internal walls, east and
south side of elevation etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of SS Handrail with 10mm Toughend glass,clamps etc (as per
5 design).
Supply and fixing of One 12mm square Grill gate for utility as per design including
6 enamal paint two coats over a coat of primer.
Providing and laying 9"x 9" weathering course with brick bat mixed with lime, jagarry and
