The trainee and (Alex Escosura) were busy conducting the first homebased
service-learning project which is Proper Waste Management by providing

Trainee and Household head (Mary Escosura) were conducting the 2nd
home-based service-learning project. The first picture was household

them help each other to accomplish the second home-based service-
learning project. The household head appreciates the work of the trainee
because her backyard is cleaned. And it was taken last 05/14/21 around

of the project. And it was conducted last April 28, 2021. A total of four (4)
respondent in one (1) household were interviewed during the survey. The next
report writing and graphical representation are based on the type of the findings

of household and responsibility to keep our homes and common areas safe and
clean. Visible results might lead to heightened interest and involvement among
household members in reducing garbage and food waste and preserving the
environment. And it was successfully done by the trainee and household head.
CHAPTER V
CONCLUSION AND RECCOMENDATION

By virtue of the Implementing Rules and Regulation of RA 9163 [National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of
2001] and recognizing the youth’s vital role in the nation building the state shall promote civic consciousness among
the youth and shall develop their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social well-being. National Service
Training Program (NSTP) is a program aimed at enhancing civic consciousness and defense preparedness in the
youth by developing the ethic of service and patriotism while undergoing Civic Welfare Training Service
(CWTS).
All students enrolled in NSTP- CWTS 12 will be required to visit a department for the assessment of what
community service project they can provide/ sponsor in the chosen department by their teams. The implementation
of their project as reflected in the program instruction by the Commission of Higher Education (CHED) will cover
the second semester AY. 2019- 2020.

fulfilling subjects to pass. At first, I assumed that it would be a semester that full
of voluntary and helping the community. After attending the subject, I found
myself very overwhelmed after hearing all the talks of my teacher that inspire me
to perform well.
Only this subject can teach you what really happening in our society and
can help you in many situations you will encounter. The way Sir Roneo taught us
about how we can survive in many difficult situations, like for example when you
encounter an injured person you will know how to handle it properly and
