This monitoring tool was developed to gather information on the readiness of all schools for the SY 2022-2023.
The instrument focused on the schools’ preparations on the management of human and physical resources which will be
used to provide Division data for a more effective planning, intervention and policy formulation. Likewise, this instrument
proposed a contextualized assessment that takes into consideration the policies issued from the Division, Region and
Central Offices in preparation for the opening of School Year 2022-2023.

coordinators based on emerging needs for the

C. School Health Protocol
1. The school implements safety health protocols
based on IATF on COVID 19.
