    IV. PROCEDURES
    A. What’s New Get to know each other by singing the song “KUMUSTA KA?”
    B. What is It Start with the “EMOTION ACTIVITY”. Let the students share to
    the class what they feel at the moment.
    Divide the class into four groups and let them do the activity found
    C. What’s More on page 20 which is the Confidence Drawings.
    1. Ask the learners to divide the paper into four quadrants and
    they will write down the following statements in the
    following quadrants:
    a. Something I love
    b. Something I love about myself
    c. Someone who loves me
    d. Something I am good at
    2. Let each group present their output in the class.
    Students will be asked with the following:
    D. What I have Learned 1. Ask the learners to share about something new which they
    have learned about themselves through this activity.
    2. How do your positive qualities/strengths help you
    overcome challenges in life or in school?
