I am think my biggest weakness is that sometimes i am being hesitant to express my opinion with
someone higher than my position, i am shy to share my ideas on a group meeting

I have lewrne that being a csr is a very critical beacuse we are dealing with businessess here. We have
been a part of rhe companys success and make sure to give our best beacuse of the posibility of closing
the account if we have failed .
I am punctual, i never been late, i alwyas make sure to be on ready 30mins before the start of the shift
I am patient, i had only call for supervisor once so far. And i realy try to resolve every issues without the
help of my team leader

6. What was the most challenging situation that you have encountered?
I am a son of a single mother, i has born without a father, so getting in college is quite difficult. Well
what i did is to finance my education by maximazing all resources that are available by taking many
scholarship exam as possible,,. Requirements are tough

lead from it.
The reason why i left my job is that i want to explore the industry, i want to grow and look for another
experince to another company, ithin i have already did my best and im done with my mission there. I am
already very comfortable working there i have my knowledge but i believe in te saying that you must
always get out of your comfort zone to learn and grow

You should hire me beacse i am qualified, i have expereince is my best asset, i am an achiever.. i always
make sure to be the best that i can.. i loie helping other maybe i cna be an asset.

10. How will you handle an irate/upset/mad customer?
First i will let the cus to vent out all his emotions, i will let him speak whatever he want, after that when
he is calm eniugh i will start give assurance, empath statement and i will try to make him feel that i am
the best person on the line to help him
We always need to be professional all the time,, we dont let ourselves get be affected by our emotions,
we should think and consider all solutions and have to be firm.
Is thebprsise of my collegues and the when ia was able to help them to be better
Idea is that we will be handling products and services, we will deal all posible inquiries and issues, we
will product product infos to the cus to mximaze the services..
Or mabye we will pitch and try to sell our products to the customers and services like insurance
