I really like a beautiful office have all the necessary equipment for my work. Firstly, I love a large desk
where I can put things like a computer, folders, paper clips, a calendar to keep track of important
events, and anything else. Secondly, I want my office have a glass window that I can look out to relax.
Next, to the right of the desk is a big filing cabinet were important documents are stored and to the
left of the office desk is a photocopier, I use it to make copies of document. Moreover, I need an air
conditioner to cool the room on the wall because in the summer the weather in Vietnam very hot.
Because I am a person who enjoys comfort, the office having a comfortable office chair is really great.
And the last, I will put a personal locker next to the door for convenience when going out. A
comfortable office chair is I like the most. Because I will work more productively when I am at ease
and relaxed. This is also an office that I would like to have in the future.
Anyone anywhere in the world has a dream of having a career, and so do I. I want to be a marketer in
the future because I am now studying marketing. The marketing is a fascinating career since it
necessitates the use of creativity in order to develop,design, advertise, write content, and sell a
company's products - That’s is reason i want to be a marketer. Writing product advertising for the
sale department is the position I'd like to do. I'll come up with advertising ideas, write sale plan
content, and meet with consumers to discuss products....However, becoming a marketer I must be
work experience and have good communication skill. Because marketer often meet customers to
introduce products company. I am a creative, friendly person-which is improtant for a good
marketer- That is my strengths. But also I’m a careless person, I usually lose something important. So
now i’m trying to emprove it. I will try harder to make it come true.

UNIT 4: Office etiquette rules (you’re a manager talking about office etiquette to
new employees)
1. When should they arrive at work?

If I am an office manager, I will give some office etiquette for my new employees as follows.
The first and most important thing is that you arrive 10 minutes early or on time to the office
to prepare for the most successful work. The second is the dress code, on Mondays and
Thursdays, you should wear the company uniform: men had better wear suits and shirts and
women should stick with shirts and skirts, on other days, you are free to dress whichever you
like if it makes you feel comfortable and confident, but you must still be polite. The third,
you should friendly with your co-workers while also being respectful to them. During
working hours, you should exchange information, assist others in completing tasks, and
avoid from gossiping, evesdropping, shouting, or making unnecessary noise- that’s also final
etiquette that I give for the news employees.
UNIT 5: An office problem (Imagine you are working in an office and while
working one of the office machines has problems)

I’m a marketer at Canifa company and I have got some problems at work. First of all, my
printer is too slow to print all the documents so I have to go to the marketing department
every time I need to print the documents. The second, my co-workers are often late for
work, and leaves office during the working time. On this, I really disapprove. Because if
everyone leaves earlier, work will be delayed. Not only that, they often bring smelly food to
the office. This problem has been going on for over 2 weeks. This made the manager fined
our office for failing to follow the company's rules. So, we opened a meeting for the
members to talk to each other to solve this problems. As for the broken printer, we
requested that the company purchase a replacement. Through these problems, it has helped
me and my colleagues learn from our work experience, work harder, know how to contact
the company to fix damage to office equipment in the fastest way.
After graduating from university, my friend and I intend to found a cosmetic company called
IC. We are going to located it in the center of Hanoi – where very developed city and have
many companies. My company specializes in cosmetic product for both men and women. The
target customers that we aim at are those who have beaty, skin care,..or retail store. The
difference of our product is that they are produce from nature such as green tea and coffee – it
is very safe for all skin. Beside, we are going to produce all trendy products items sich as
suncreen 5+, skin cream, facial cleanser,...to provide for all custormers. With the development
of mordern information technology i am going to create a internet fanpage and use online
advertising. Moreover, marketing and logistic department will be in charge of offline
advertising. We are going to hire about 1000 employees. So I need about 1 billon VND for
hiring employees and avertising product. I belive that one day I will implement my plan come
true
