Rates and Availability.
Allows you to view guest’s contact details – click on the reservation number for the mobile number and an anonymous e-mail
address that works as a normal e-mail address and can still be used to communicate with your guests:

Mark a guest as No Show if they were not able to stay in the property or modify the reservation of guests who shortened/extended their stay:

You can start communicating with your guest


through the Guest Communication box:
Create your own templates by clicking My templates
Highlight your property by uploading high resolution photos:

Here you can specify your Cancellation and Pre Payment Policies

Policies.
Here you can specify your payment preferences and accepted payment methods:

Update what your property can offer such as facilities, services, and room amenities:

Facilities & Services.


Update the details of your existing rooms or add more rooms to sell with Booking.com:

Room Details.
Update the details of your existing ROOM AMENITIES with property at Booking.com:

Room Amenities.
This is where you can view your property or room descriptions, and request a correction if there is a mistake

Property Description.
For any requests/concerns that need Booking.com’s assistance, feel free to send us a message by clicking on “Compose a new message”:

On the upper right part of your extranet, you will find the Account button:
