1. Identify the stages of life and explain the physical changes that occur during each
stage;

•Physical development and advancement” alludes to changes within the


human body. These changes incorporate contrasts in stature, weight, tangible
adjustment, and sex organs. “Cognitive development and improvement”
alludes to a human’s mental capacity, counting thought, mindfulness, and the
capacity to comprehend the world reasonably and to undertake to decide its
meaning. Psychosocial aptitudes incorporate both mental and social
advancement; expression of feelings (love, hate, bliss, fear, uneasiness); and
the capacity to manage with complex circumstances and apply fitting social
and interpersonal relations abilities. The human body continually creates and
changes all through the human life cycle, and nourishment gives the fuel for
those changes. The major stages of the human lifecycle incorporate
pregnancy, earliest stages, the little child a long time, childhood, adolescence,
more seasoned puberty, adulthood, center age, and the senior a long time.

2. Recognize the contributions of genetic and environmental factors to the physical


development of the self;

•The environment a kid is exposed to throughout pregnancy and throughout


life can have an impact on how genes are expressed. For example, prenatal
exposure to hazardous medicines can have a significant impact on a child’s
subsequent development. Material deprivation, poor parental health, low
parental education, family stress, intimate partner violence exposure,
neighborhood disadvantage, and a poor school environment are all
contributing factors. Your genes contain the fundamental instructions for your
body to grow and function, but they are far from the only factor influencing
your characteristics. Most qualities are influenced by both genetics and
environmental influences. Everything that impacts your qualities outside of
DNA is considered an environmental factor.

3. Describe the factors that affect body image;


•The way you see, think, and feel about your body is your body image. This
might refer to your body size, weight, shape, or overall appearance. Many
factors can contribute to a bad body image, including family, peer pressure,
media, and social pressures. Family environment, ability or impairment, peer
views, social media, cultural background, and other factors are among them.
Puberty has a significant impact.

4. How would you differentiate attraction, love and attachment? Give example.

•Attachment is a dread of losing something. Attraction is a sensation that is


more than passing interest but not quite love. Love is a devotional feeling.
Attraction implies that you are drawn to her. An emotional link with another
person is known as attachment. The focus of attraction and attachment is on
what we gain out of it (or what he hope to get). It’s a selfish concentration on
our own emotional well-being. This isn’t love at all. Love is concerned for the
well-being of another person, regardless of whether or not this activity
benefits you directly. Giving up your lunch for a hungry homeless person is an
act of love in itself.

5. What are the advantages and disadvantages of using contraceptives and its effects.

•Other than the primary goal of preventing pregnancy, contraceptive methods


provide a number of advantages. Contraception lowers the risk of pregnancy-
related morbidity and death, lowers the risk of some reproductive
malignancies, and can be used to treat a variety of menstrual symptoms and
problems. Nausea, breast soreness, breakthrough bleeding, amenorrhea, and
headaches are some of the side symptoms. STD protection Is not provided by
oral contraceptives. It is vital to administer medication on a daily basis, and
inconsistent use may raise the failure rate. Breakthrough bleeding or spotting
more common with continuous-dosing or extended-cycle pills.
Breast tenderness.
Elevated blood pressure.
Headaches.
Nausea.
Bloating.

6. Give your opinion regarding family planning.


• Women can use family planning to protect themselves from health hazards
that may arise before, during, or after childbirth. High blood pressure,
gestational diabetes, infections, miscarriage, and stillbirth are among them.
Women can be healthier and have more equitable possibilities to pursue an
education, a profession, and financial security thanks to family planning.
Families can amass more assets and invest more in their children’s health and
well-being with fewer children to support. Two or more years between
pregnancies results in healthier babies and fewer medical difficulties for the
mother. If you prepare ahead for a child, you can avoid the social, health, and
financial challenges that come with an unanticipated pregnancy. Today, there
are numerous birth control methods and procedures to choose from.

7. How will you asses and improve your physical and sexual self.

• Inform yourself. For any form of sexual problem, there is a wealth of good
self-help material. Allow no profanity to be said in your presence. Personal,
revelatory interactions with individuals of the opposing sex should be
avoided. Relationships and Community
Feeling connected to individuals around you can increase a sense of purpose
and love in your life, whether it comes from family, a partner, friends,
coworkers, or even pets. Determine how to foster community.
