    STRATEGIC ROLE

    1. To ensure the deliverables of Site Investigation & productions of Site Engineering documentations
    for Radio Systems installation of all projects are completed and submitted to the customer in
    accordance to the time frame specified and in accordance to Ericsson standard templates.
    2. To manage and keep records of Site Engineering documentations for Radio Systems of all projects
    implemented by Key Account Management.
    3. To assist in competence development of ASP resources responsible for Site Investigation & Site
    Engineering
    4. To provide technical support to the implementation staffs on engineering techniques for Radio
    Systems site investigation & site engineering activities
    5. To ensure that all Radio Systems site investigation & site engineering rules, methods and work
    instructions are updated and followed.
    6. To keep copies and good records of all customer project site engineering documentations, namely
    site investigation report (SIR), site installation document (SID), and site design document (SDD).
    7. To ensure the timeliness & quality of site engineering documents are in accordance to customer
    requirements.
    8. To produce and keep good records of acceptance certificate on all services done by ASP

    RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES


    1. To produce template of Site Investigation & Site Engineering document in accordance to
    contractual obligations.
    2. To arrange and conduct audit of ASP site investigation & site engineering works at site
    3. To perform audit on project Site Engineering documentations
    4. To assist Radio Competence Manager in Site Engineering performance evaluation and practical
    assessment for certification process
    5. To ensure standard Site Investigation & Site Engineering methods and rules are implemented.
    6. Investigate and take actions to remedy Site Investigation & Site Engineering problems.
    7. Ensure that quality verification for Site Investigation & Site Engineering is implemented.
    8. Propose improvements of Site Investigation & Site Engineering methods and tools to immediate
    manager.
    9. To assist in the development and training of Site Investigation & Site Engineering resources for
    Radio Systems

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


     Minimum a Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent engineering qualifications
    preferably in telecommunications
     Sound technical knowledge with 2 - 3 years’ experience working in related fields.
     Knowledge of computer aided design software e.g. AutoCad is an added advantage.
     Experience in drafting of floor plan for Radio Base Station and Antenna system in accordance to
    Ericsson standard documentation
     Good knowledge of Ericson various Radio Systems products and its related sub-products and
    power system.
     Good knowledge in IS/IT/Multimedia tools and its application.
     Knowledge in radio frequency propagation and radio frequency planning
     Has good knowledge in engineering survey for indoor micro base station system and in-building
    site engineering techniques.
