Members of the faculty and staff are expected to communicate with students outside of school

adoption of mobile phones and social media platforms.

All school personnel will receive training on the social media and cell phone use guidelines,

which will include the following:

c. Guidelines for social media and cell phone use with students.

d. How to report any incidents of inappropriate behavior.

All school personnel must sign a statement acknowledging that they have read,

understood, and agree to comply with the social media and cell phone use guidelines.

The school district will provide resources to help school personnel maintain professional

boundaries while using social media and cell phones, such as tips for setting privacy settings and

appropriate communication methods.
