DCM TEXTILES Ltd – HISAR – Officer – HR (Time office) Since: AUG’15 to Till Date.
In1909,Shri Ram joined DCM at the age of 25 years. Lala Shri Ram’s earlier
entrepreneurial initiatives had ended in debacles. It was in 1917 at DCM at the end of
the First World War that he got the opportunity to choose entrepreneurial
alternatives. It was Madan Mohan Lall and Shri Ram’s managerial initiatives in
expanding the Company’s government business during the First World War that
brought about the recovery in DCM. He came in to prominence as he wanted DCM to
expand. Along the years he diversified into many other businesses also.

Liaison with Govt bodies like Labor, Factories, ESI, PF & Apprentice dept for Statutory
Compliances.
Ensure compliances with all payment Under Minimum wage act of haryana
Strengthened the statutory compliance of the unit by Canteen Committee and Sexual
Harassment Redressal Committee.

NAPS Compliances under apprentice act 1961,included apprentice attendance, marks

On-Boarding Process:
Has been taking care of On-boarding process like Background verification, joining
formalities, Induction, Reference Checks.
Medical Checkup, organizational announcements, New Hire Orientation, Medical
Insurance, ID Cards, Work Station arrangement, Introducing to all departments and
Uniform allotment etc.
HR Budgeting:
Preparation of Budget for Canteen, Time office, Contract workmen for Revenue
expenses. To ensure that, the HR operations are carried on within the Budget
through Proper budget.
