Activity Design
A. Description:
This pandemic had made teachers to be resilient in making learning crossed despite the
circumstances. This resiliency leads all teachers to constantly upgrade one selves in order not to be
left behind. The Department of Education offers teachers different seminars to know and adapt
for the new normal situation. Anent to this, the school will conduct its localized training to tailor-
fit the need of the learners of the community and to further challenge teachers to improve not only
the quality of teaching but to learn knowledge on how to craft class program that would fit to the
present situation. The school wants to equip teachers on how to craft the budget of work that
would achieve the academic ease in learning amidst the crisis situation.
Clarin National High School will conduct its School-Based Learning Action Cell among
teachers on January 28, 2022 for SY 2021-2022. The participants of this activity are 41 Senior

F. RATIONALE
The Department of Education (DepEd) sees the importance of quality teaching in ensuring
quality learning through an appropriate and responsive support system in the school. Hence, it is
environment to help teachers enhance previous knowledge and to utilize new concepts to fit the
learners need of the modern times. In as much as successful teaching is a result of the systematic
use of appropriate strategies for delivering and assessing the learning objectives it is therefore
incumbent upon the DepEd to ensure teacher’s continuing professional development is within the
framework of School- Based Management (SBM) and embodied in the Learning Continuity Plan
(LCP) and School- Based Learning Action Cell (SLAC) must be implemented once a month.

G. OBJECTIVES: At the end of the SLAC activity, the participants shall be able to;
1. Craft the class program suited for the pilot implementation of face-to-face classes;
