    NARRATIVE REPORT
    On the Conduct of the School Based Presentation of Adjusted
    Basic Education-Learning Continuity Operational Plan (BE-LCOP)
    for S.Y. 2021-2022
    September 23, 2021

    Sta. Cruz Elementary School is anchored on the Basic Education-Learning


    Continuity Operational Plan of the Department of Education wherein the primordial
    concern is to ensure that all possible measures will be taken to ensure that no child
    will be excluded from learning during the COVID-19 crisis.
    In line with this, Sta. Cruz Elementary School conducted a school Based
    Presentation of Adjusted Basic Education-Learning Continuity Operational Plan (BE-
    LCOP) held last September 23, 2021 at 8:00 AM through the effort of our School
    Principal II Carmencita S. Pintor. The aim of this presentation lays down the
    direction for basic education in the coming school year. The main objectives of this
    BE-LCOP is to improve the delivery of basic education though upskilling activities
    that will cater the needs of all learners and the community; and Intensify the provison
    of technical assistace to teachers and school leaders in different modalities
    The said presentation is strict adherence to health and safety protocol. It was
    started with an opening program by singing of National Anthem thru video
    presentation, followed by a prayer led by Mr.Antero N. Castillo III, teacher III and roll
    call attendance by Ms. Catherine L. Fajardo, Teacher I.Mrs. Carmencita S. Pintor,
    School Principal II gave an opening remarks despite the pandemic, Sta. Cruz
    Elementary School is able to provide learners with their education.
    Mrs. Carmencita S. Pintor present her slides to their teachers explaining her
    crafting BE-LCOP such as school enrolment, performace indicators inventory of
    available LRs (reusable SLMs, LASs and other learning materials), possible multi-
    LDMs for implementation, physical and financial resources and other relevant data
    to serve as bases for situational analysis (SWOT), implementation and monitoring
    plan of which strategies and activities are aligned to KRAs and objectives. Different
    activities were discussed to the teachers regarding learning management which

    include among others learner/class organization and learning performance


    monitoring. A careful planning and consultation with the internal and external
    stakeholders of education were done in order to come up with a comprehensive
    implementation of the chosen learning modality.
    The presentation was ended by an open forum which allowed the participants
    to ask the presenter for some questions and clarifications about the discussed
    matter.

    Teachers were being enlightened and had a clear vision about its action plans
    for the School Year 2021-2022 to ensure continuity of learning and provision of Basic
    education services amid the COVID-19 Pandemic.
