    Dear Vendors,

    This is to inform you that we have decided to extend the tender date for the Request for Proposal (RFP)
    concerning the Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of High-Quality Smart Security IP Cameras,
    Infrastructure, and Control Center Setup.

    Original RFP Release Date: 15th June 2023

    Extended Tender Submission Date: End of Day, Monday, 8th August 2023 (08/08/2023)

    Today [01-08-2023] after careful consideration, the PWCAOA board of managers has decided to invite
    additional proposals to ensure a comprehensive and competitive bidding process. The extension aims
    to give potential vendors more time to prepare and submit their proposals.

    As a respected and reputed organization in the security solutions domain, we value your expertise and
    innovative contributions. We believe that your participation will add significant value to this project.

    Please take this opportunity to review the RFP thoroughly and submit your comprehensive proposal
    on or before the extended deadline mentioned above. Ensure that your proposal addresses all the
    requirements and meets our technical specifications.

    If you have any questions or need any clarifications during the proposal preparation, please do not
    hesitate to contact us at tenders@welworthcity.in and secretary@welworthcity.in. For ground survey,
    please take appointment by email with details of surveyors, date and time of visit.

    Vendors can conduct physical survey of property to locate strategic spots, recommend type
    of cameras; covering parking, lifts, terraces, common areas, facilities, club house, entry/exit
    gates.

    Also, vendors are advised to submit proposals in two different sets, Technical [Sealed Cover] and
    Commercial [Sealed Cover].
