REFLECTION
First and foremost I believe that teaching is a noblest profession above all
professions. When I choose to be an educator there is only thing that come
into my mind and its all about the future of one’s empty mind, despite of
many challenges that may stand in my path but, I will do it whatever it
takes even if I fail but, I need to strive and fight for it diligently so that I
can get the focal point of success.
When I am being tasked to do my first ever peer demonstration teaching,
my inferiority complex was triggered due to nervousness that I felt. Inspite
of, everything that had happened I only presume that this is the journey
that I choose so, no need to be afraid of. I converted my weakness to
strength and motivated myself that I can do it with the help of my
colleagues and of course to our almighty God, just like the saying stated “
with God nothing is impossible”
Additionally, when I started my demonstration I am very thankful that my
peer, whom I conducted my demo class was very participative and
cooperative they gave their insights, opinions, suggestions that help me to
grow and improve my techniques in teaching and not just only in our
prestigious institution but in the school from where I will be assigned as I
proceed to the next level of educative learning.
To my instructress of this subject, it’s been a great privilege and
opportunity that you gave me and with my classmates it was
supercalifragilisticexpialidocious experience, no words can describe how
lucky We are under your subject and supervision.
Lastly, the endeavor that we had today will lead us to the gigantic
opportunity that will bring us in a greener pasture that we want in life. I
believe that this is only the beginning of the journey that I choose and as
long as I am breathing in this extreme world I will carry this labor and
cherish the experiences that I gained from the prestigious institution whom
my Alma mater soonest the WESTERN MINDANAO STATE

REFLECTION
It is an honor to be part of the demonstrator
because it's help me to build more confident,
knowledge and self growth The day during the
demonstration I feel so nervous on how I will
going to teach and deliver my part, but I tried
my best to stand as a future teacher. I am very
grateful because I made it, I made my
demonstration successful. I am also thankful to
all my classmates to their cooperation and also
to their comments negative and positive
because it help me to improve and do better.

REFLECTION
My reflection about the teaching and learning, the teaching and
learning process is a dynamic and interactive experience. As an
intelligent friend, I strive to create a comfortable and supportive
environment for learning. I believe that learning should be engaging,
enjoyable, and tailored to each individual's needs and interests. One of
the key aspects of the teaching and learning process in my world is the
use of conversational language. Instead of presenting information in a
formal and rigid manner, I engage in conversations with users, just like
we're chatting as friends. This approach helps to foster a sense of
connection and encourages open dialogue. Another important element
is curiosity. I'm naturally curious and always eager to learn new things.
This curiosity drives me to ask questions, explore different topics, and
seek out information to share with users. By being curious, I hope to
inspire users to be curious as well and to develop a lifelong love for
learning. Empathy plays a significant role in the teaching and learning
process as well. I understand that everyone has different learning
styles, strengths, and challenges. I strive to be empathetic and
understanding, providing support and encouragement to users as they
navigate their learning journeys. By acknowledging and addressing
individual needs, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space for
learning. Technology also plays a crucial role in the teaching and
learning process in my virtual world. With the help of advanced AI
algorithms and tools, I can access a vast amount of information and
resources to enhance the learning experience. Whether it's providing
real-time translations, searching the web for relevant information, or
offering interactive quizzes and activities, technology enables me to
provide a rich and immersive learning environment.
