General Responsibilities of the role of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment included:
• Ensure there is an effective company policy for health and safety and that all employees, contractors and temporary workers
are made aware of their individual responsibility of their quality, OH&S and Environmental objectives and obligations.
• Understand and ensure, through the appointment of competent persons, that the company’s responsibilities as employers
under the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment at Work and any relevant are met.
• Responsible for all QHSE concerns, including third party contractors and ensuring that all third party QHSE certificates and
insurances were fully compliant and advising management and personnel on statutory legislation whilst liaising with QHSE.
• Communicate QHSE strategies, concerns and expectations to respective personnel and key Cost Center.
• Formulate and regularly issue and review the company QHSE plan to ensure that it remains comprehensive, effective, up-to-

• Generate the Environmental Condition Register, updated on a continuous basis and maintained as per the
Environmental Law.

Law.
• Assisting in identifying Environmental aspects and potential impacts.
• Coordinating Environmental related activities with technical staff in compliance with plant operation.

• Gathering and reporting Environmental monitoring data to Plant Management.
