    reputable international journals. Recently, Mr. Yakumbur
    joined the development/humanitarian sector, experiencing
    tremendous growth in the past year and a half. Starting as a
    volunteer on an OVC project, he progressed to become the
    State Coordinator for Global Village Healthcare Initiative for
    Africa (GHIV Africa).

    Insights into the development of technical reports in the
    areas of program management were another pivotal aspect

    Yakumbur began offering pro bono services to IFAD. He
    developed the first draft of the United Nations Food Security
    Summit (UNFSS) for the IFAD Country Office and was part of
    the team of consultants that finalized the UNFSS document.
    This document was presented by the Nigerian Government
    at the UNFSS in Rome in July 2023.
    Supported by IFAD, he provided services during the 10th
    supervision mission of the Value Chain Development
    Programme (VCDP) on a pro bono basis in September 2023.

    2029), the design of the Value Chain North (VCN)
    Programme, and other activities as assigned by the Country
    Director, IFAD Nigeria.
    Donald is actively building more capacity in the area of
    monitoring and evaluation while also learning French. These
    efforts aim to extend his consultancy services to other UN
    and international organizations.
