To enter in the building, use the code : A 6289.

You can take the stairs ou elevator until the second floor.
The entrance door is the one facing the elevator. To open the door, dial 2911 B.

On your right you will find your keys inside the safe n°3, code START 2009 START.
Pick up the keys, make sure to close the safebox and your flat is located on the same
floor at your left (Door Number 3).

Please put back the key in this safe at departure and make sure it is closed.
 Payment

Payment of the balance due :

Generally, Few days before your arrival, the balance due will be debited from the credit card
used to make the booking. You have nothing more to do if the payment of the balance due
has been accepted.

Otherwise, there is other possibilities :

By cash : In case the payment by Credit Card didn't work or if you have paid the deposit by
Paypal or Bank transfer, Then the balance due Should be left by cash inside the safe box
where you picked up the key.

It can also be paid :

By travelers checks : Signed for CENTRE PARIS.

CAUTION: If you don’t pay the balance at arrival, a late charge of 10% of the total amount
will be charged.

Important : Make sure you sent us the copy of your identity document and the

CHECK-IN TIME
The check-in time is at 5 pm but if you arrive before (between 10h30
am and 5 pm) you have two possibilities :
CHECK-IN - If the cleaning is done, you can take possession of the flat immediately.
5:00 PM - If the cleaning is not done yet, you can leave your luggages in a corner,
and be back after 5pm, once the flat is ready.

CHECK-OUT TIME
The check-out is at 10 am.
If you want to stay longer, you can contact us to know the possibility, it
is charged :
CHECK-OUT - A half-a-night until 2 pm
10:00 AM - Price of a whole night later than 2 pm.
Otherwise, you can drop your luggage in the laundry room, near the
safeboxes. Contact us during your stay, by email on in the emergency
number and we can give you free of charge access available 24/7.
The day of your check-out, thanks to return the keys in the safe where
you have taken them.

 How Things Work
HOT WATER

Please keep in mind that the hot water in not unlimited, the water tank will be
emptied if you use a lot of hot water.
In case you don't have hot water the day of your arrival, maybe because the
people who left in the morning used it a lot, and this is completely out of our
control, but of course we will do everything to get it sorted.

The water tank is situated inside the bathroom, but the command is situated
on the main switch board into the hall outside the apartment.

If it is urgent and you can't wait until the day after (because the water tank fills
during the night) You can check in the electricty board, there is a special
botton with 3 positions (0 - Auto - 1) Put it in 1 and it should be filled in the
next two hours.

You can see the botton in the picture, the normal position is Auto, if you put it
in 1 it should accelerate the process of filling.

ELECTRICITY BOARD

The main switch board is situated next to the front door outside the flat.

When there is not electricity anymore check at first if one of the switches is
OFF (otherwise put it ON).

After that, it is necessary to get up the big black button above to restore the
current (if it’s shut down).

TELEVISION

The black remote control is for the TV

You can use it to turn on the TV using the red botton anf change channels.

In case of problem, please make sure everything is well connected and the remote control has power
IMPORTANT: It is forbidden to download protected works under penalty of a fine of €1500
(article R. 335-5 of the intellectual property code).

HEATER

The heaters are situated under or nearby the windows .

There are two types of heaters, in the first model you only have to press the + or the - to
choose the temperature.
In the second model : To turn on or turn off the radiator, move the « Fonctions » thumb wheel
and put it on « Conf » To settle the temperature, move the thumb wheel with figures.

The local is located downstairs near the elevator.

When you leave, please ensure all exterior windows and doors are closed
