    1. How do I get admission to COEP Technological University for First Year B. Tech Programmes /
    Lateral Entry Direct Second Year B. Tech programmes?

     Admissions to all the First Year B. Tech of COEP Technological University Pune, being conducted under
    the patronage of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the Admission Regulatory
    Authority (ARA) of the State Government which is the Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL Mumbai)
    of the Government of Maharashtra.

    Which Entrance Exam Should I give to participate in the Centralized AdmissionProcess

     JEE (Main) for seeking admission under All India Candidature Seats

    Is there any Management Quota for admissions at COEP TechnologicalUniversity?

    4. What is the eligibility criteria for getting admission to First Year and Direct Second Year B. Tech
    Programme

    5. Does COEP Technological University have CIWGC/OCI/PIO/FN/NRI Quota for admissions?

     Yes, the supernumerary (over and above of sanctioned intake) quota is applicable for the students
    belonging to the categories of CIWGC, OCI, PIOs, FN, NRI, as per the rules of Government of
    Maharashtra and other regulatory bodies.

    8. When will the admission process start?

     Admission process for undergraduate programmes in Engineering begins only after the registration
    process for Centralized Admission Process begins at https://cetcell.mahacet.org/ (usually after MHT
    CET results are declared) by State CET Cell, Maharashtra State.

    9. Do I need to apply at COEP Technological University for admission separately?

     NO. If the candidate is participating in the admission process through Centralized Admission Process
    conducted by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra then such candidate need not apply to COEP
    Technological University separately.

    10. Do I need to apply at COEP Technological University for admission under CIWGC/OCI/PIO/FN/NRI?
     YES, the candidate seeking admission under CIWGC/OCI/PIO/FN/NRI quota need to apply separately
    as and when applications are invited in the prescribed format. (This is only after such candidate
    register for CIWGC/OCI/PIO/FN/NRI candidature through mahacet.org and verifies his or her

    1 How do I get admission to COEP Technological University for First Year B. Planning
    Programmes?
     Admissions to all the First Year B. Tech of COEP Technological University Pune, being
    conducted under the patronage of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by

    3 What is the eligibility criteria for getting admission to First Year B. Planning
    Programme?
    Passed 10+2 examination with ‘Maths’ as Mandatory Course. For remaining two courses
    select any courses out of 14#. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates
    belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

    OR

    Passed D. Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.
