terms. 3. Use of FordPass is subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy available on ford.com.au/fordpassand requires a compatible mobile device, internet access and software. You
are responsible for internet access, mobile network data and voice call services (and associated fees) required to use FordPass. FordPass and FordPass Connect modem only work
if both connected to the telecommunications network. Ford does not guarantee that FordPass will be uninterrupted, available or in fully operating condition at all times. 4. Subject
