Financial Literacy Seminar for the LGU employees of Ikatulo, Bohol, Philippines.
Rationale:
The LGU employees play an important role in public service wherein their duties and functions are essential
and relevant in the effective and efficient implementation of various programs, projects and activities of the LGU. The HR
office spearheaded an initiative of a free financial literacy seminar to equip the LGU employees with knowledge of
financial literacy that could aid them in achieving their financial goals in return of their valuable service to the municipality.
Objectives/Goals:
● To further educate LGU employees of financial literacy.
● To assist LGU employees in their financial goals.
● To identify knowledge gap and be able to effectively fill the need.
● To evaluate and assess the individual and collective financial aim.
● To obtain programs that will help achieved LGU employees’' individual targets.
Attendees:
The activity will be participated by the 100 LGU employees of Ikatulo Municipality.
Source of Fund:
● Human Resource Office Budget = 34,600.00
Budgetary Requirements:
Meals (AM & PM Snacks, and Lunch) 346 x 100 = ₱34,600.00
Total Php 34,600.00

Responsive Quotation.
Pursuant to SEC. 545 of the 20116 Revised IRR of R.A 9184 your company is hereby exempted from the posting of the Performance security.
