GAPS Schedule
Breakfast
+ 1 medium bowl of meat stock
+ overnight soaked nuts paste 25 gms)
Day 1 – Almonds
Day 2 – Walnuts
Day 3 – Pistacloes
Day 4 – Pecan Nuts
+ Daily ½ piece of Brazillian Nut
+ Saurkraut
+ 1 piece of Amla 9 Indian Gooseberry)
+ little chopped garlic
+ 7 ml of Olive Oil
6. After 3 hours of breakfast one citrous fruit like Qiwi, orange, pineapple, etc.
7. After 30 to 40 minutes of Citrus fruit, give lunch which includes-
Day 1 – Cauliflower + Tomatoes (for taste) – 750 gms
Day 2 – Bottle gourd (peeled) + Tomatoes (for taste) – 750 gms
Day 3 – Ridge gourd (peeled) + Methi (for taste) – 750 gms
Lunch
+ Sourkraut
+ 100 ml of camel Milk
+ 1 pc of Amla
8. After 2.5 hours of lunch any sweet fruit like mango, papaya, apple, custard
apple, banana, water melon, musk melon etc.(around 300 – 400 gms)
9. After 10 minutes of sweet fruit give 2 ml of Black seed oil
10. After 1.5 hrs of sweet fruit give couple of half boiled eggs + Saurkraut + 5 ml
olive oil
11. After 2.0 hours of boiled eggs give 1.5 gms of Unani medicine (1 hour prior to
dinner) with Camel milk + 2 Ajwa dates
Dinner
After 1 hour of Camel milk give dinner which includes-
Day 1 – Capsicum (500 gms)
Day 2 – Cabbage (750 gms)
Day 3 – Zuccini or Avocado (500 gms)
Cooked in 35 gms of coconut oil with 100 gms chicken and raw coconut milk
+ 1 medium bowl of chicken stock + Saurkraut + steamed carrots and beet roots
(300 gm) + cucumber + 7 ml of Olive oil
