Failure/Problem Use of uncleaned hydraulic oil and machine is over age.
Symptom
When we operated the machine, we found the one side travel ®.
History Before this problem, we disassembled and assembled the swing motor, main control valve, main pump and center joint.
Cause & analysis
Because of uncleaned hydraulic oil.
Action Checked the machine and found that one side travel ( R). So we changed the center joint’s pipe. It is changed to the travel (L). So it is possible final drive. We measured the pilot pressure and main Pump delivery pressure. It is normal. We checked the regulator. We cleaned the regulators (1 and 2). We tested the machine. Machine is one side travel ( R ). So when we changed the SA and SB signal pipes from regulars, it is changed to the left side travel of the machine. So we checked the pump control solenoids. We removed the pump control orifices on mcv. We found that pump (1) control orifice is closed. We correct it and tested the machine. It is ok.
