RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEP SYMPHATHY AND CONDOLENCES TO THE

BEREAVED FAMILY OF FORMER BARANGAY POLICE AND LUPON
TAGAPAMAYAPA
CESAR BALISONG QUILAMAN
WHEREAS, the Officialdom of Barangay Duplas were deeply saddened over the passing of
MR. CESAR BALISONG QUILAMAN last May 27, 2022;
WHEREAS, the late CESAR BALISONG QUILAMAN serves as Barangay Police and
LUPON TAGAPAMAYAPA with utmost dedication and service;
WHEREAS, he was an embodiment of a true service, exemplifying selflessness and unfading

commitment that contributed Peace and Order to Barangay Duplas;
WHEREAS, his passing away is indeed a great loss to the family, relatives and friends, but
his vision and accomplishment for the betterment of the community will be long remembered
in the hearts of the people of Duplas, Sudipen, La Union;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, be it;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to express deep symphaty and condolences to the

bereaved family of former Barangay Police and Lupon Tagapamayapa, CESAR BALISONG
QUILAMAN

BEREAVED FAMILY OF FORMER TEṄIENTE DEL BARRIO EMILIO BALANAG
AYANGGOD.
WHEREAS, the Officialdom of Barangay Duplas were deeply saddened over the passing of
Mr. Emilio Balanag Ayanggod last October 19, 2021;
WHEREAS, the late EMILIO B. AYANGGOD serves as TEṄIENTE DEL BARRIO during
his era with utmost dedication and service;
WHEREAS, during his term as public servant, he was an embodiment of a true servant
leader, exemplifying selflessness and unfading commitment in serving the people of Barrio
Duplas;
WHEREAS, his passing away is indeed a great loss to the family, relatives and friends, but
his vision and accomplishment for the betterment of the community will be long remembered
in the hearts of the people of Duplas, Sudipen, La Union;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, be it;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to express deep symphaty and condolences to the

KAGAWAD AND FORMER BARANGAY CAPTAIN AGAPITO ANNO GAYYED, AND
CONVEYING PROFOUND SYMPHATHY AND CONDOLENCES TO HIS BEREAVED
FAMILY
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay deeply shares the anguish of the bereaved family of
a Public Servant HON. AGAPITO ANNO GAYYED who passed away last June 01, 2023 at
the age of 81;
WHEREAS, the late AGAPITO ANNO GAYYED serves as: Barangay Kagawad from
1981-1996 and Barangay Captain from 1996-2010;
WHEREAS, during his stint as public servant, he implemented various programs and
projects most beneficial to his constituents;
WHEREAS, with this expression of sympathy, the Barangay Officialdom of Barangay

Bulalaan, Sudipen, La Union joins with the GAYYED Family in beseeching the Almighty
Father in His wisdom and compassion to grant his soul eternal rest and peace in his glorious
Kingdom;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Ronie D. Donato duly

seconded by all members of the Sangguniang Barangay, be it;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to express SORROW OVER THE DEMISE OF

FORMER BARANGAY KAGAWAD AND FORMER BARANGAY CAPTAIN AGAPITO
ANNO GAYYED, AND CONVEYING PROFOUND SYMPHATHY AND
CONDOLENCES TO HIS BEREAVED FAMILY.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED by the Sangguniang Barangay this 11th day of June, 2023 at
Barangay Bulalaan, Sudipen, La Union.
