4. First Aid Measures


Inhalation: If mist or vapour of this product is inhaled, remove person immediately to fresh
air. Seek medical assistance if symptoms developed or persist.
Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing and footwear. Flush with large amounts of water.
Seek immediate medical attention.
Eye Contact: Immediately rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes. Seek immediate medical
attention.
Ingestion: Get immediate medical attention. DO NOT induce vomiting unless directed by
physician.

5. Fire Fighting Measures


Extinguishing Media: Common agents like foam, alcohol foam, carbon dioxide, or dry chemical powder, as
appropriate, in consideration of surrounding material.
Unusual Fire /explosions: Product itself does not burn. Fire extinguishing actions appropriate to surrounding.
Hazardous combustion: Toxic and irritating vapours, carbon monoxide, carbon di oxide.
Firefighting equipment: Fire fighters should wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus
(SCBA)

6. Accidental Release Measures


Use Personal protection recommended in section 8, isolate the hazard area deny entry to unnecessary and
unprotected personnel.
Environmental Precautions: Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so. Ensure proper disposal of
waste after cleaning of area post hazard management.

Clean-up methods: Absorb spill with inert material. Shovel material into appropriate container for
disposal. Dispose of according to Federal, State and local government
regulations.

7. Handling and Storage


Handling: Follow personal safety cautions to avoid contact with eye, skin or clothing. Container
shall be supported and grounded before opening, dispensing, pouring, emptying. Open
with non-sparking tools. Open the lid slowly to release inside pressure.
Empty containers are hazardous. Keep away from direct heat, spark, open flame. It may
contain product residue. Do not re use for any purpose of food, clothing or any products
for human /animal consumption.
Storage: Store in cool, dry and ventilated place under normal ambient conditions. Ensure closures
are tightly closed & incompatible materials are not stored aside.

8. Exposure Controls / Personal Protection


Employee should complete an assessment of all workplaces to determine the need for, and selection of, proper exposure
controls and protective equipment for each task performed.
Engineering Controls: Provide general and local exhaust ventilation to effectively remove and prevent
built up of any vapours or mists generated from handling of this product.
Respiratory Protection: If ventilation is not sufficient to effectively prevent built up of aerosols, mists or
vapours, appropriate masks /NIOSH/MSHA protections must be provided.
Eye/Face Protection: Wear safety goggles, face masks.
Skin/body protection: Wear chemical resistant gloves, impervious aprons, shoes are recommended.

11. Toxicological Information
Vapour pressure of MDI is <0.0001 mm of Hg at 250C, therefore, negligible amount of MDI vapours can release
under normal laminating conditions. No potential built up MDI vapours is likely to happen. Product is
recommended to use is well ventilated area.
