Kalvium is seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join our team which is
transforming higher education. As a B2B Marketing Manager, University Relations, you
will play a pivotal role in our University-led program delivery model. Currently, we have
partnerships with multiple universities, fostering collaboration across various functions
and university stakeholders, and implementing tools to enhance efficiency. This role
offers the opportunity to grow tremendously within the organization and make a
meaningful impact on the education landscape by expanding our program offerings to
many new campuses
Responsibilities:
The role will see you act as an invaluable contributor to getting new partners in form of
universities offering our programs. You will take charge of all aspects of University Sales
and MoU signing.
● Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy targeting
universities, aligning with the company's overall growth objectives
● Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the
effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on results to senior leadership
- Analyse Kalvium’s traction in the relevant market segment across channels
● Coordinate with stakeholders and partners for conducting event for Kalvium and
taking part in various events
● Work closely with all the teams to identify themes for posting/publishing to
relevant channels and increasing user engagement across platforms - LinkedIn,
Meta, Youtube, etc
● Develop a top of the Funnel of Lead - Leverage digital marketing channels such
as social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC to drive engagement and
generate leads
● Work closely with the sales, product development, and university relations teams
to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of marketing efforts
● Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including whitepapers,
case studies, webinars, and other content tailored to university audiences
An Ideal candidate:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the
education or ed-tech sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding
targets.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create
compelling marketing content and present to diverse audiences.
● Deep understanding of the university landscape and the unique marketing needs
of higher education institutions.
● Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and
execute effective marketing strategies.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing
automation, and analytics software.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
decisions.
● Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external
partners.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a
related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
● A go-get-things-done attitude, as you will be expected to work on many things
which would be something you would have never worked on before

Base Location: Bangalore, Primary work mode is work from office with frequent travel
to partner campuses and Client sites
