I – Introduction
In line with the DepEd Memorandum No. 112, s. 2019, the Department of
Education (DepEd), in coordination with the National Teachers’ Day Coordinating
Council (NTDCC) and the National Teachers’ Month Coordinating Council (NTMMC),
will celebrate the National Teachers’ Month (NTM) from September 5 to October 5,
2022.
The said event is yearly celebrated and the theme for this year is “The
transformation of education begins with teachers”.
II – OBJECTIVES
1. Honor the teachers for their special contributions in a particular field area;
2. Give emphasis on the dedicated commitment of teachers in developing
globally-minded citizens;
3. Express gratitude for the positive influences of teachers on the learners
III – RESULTS/OUTCOMES
Last October 5, 2022, Badong National High School celebrated the National
Teachers’ Month Celebration. The activity was organized by the Supreme Student
Government (SSG) Officers.
The program started in the morning at 8:00 AM with an invocation led by Mr.
Jemboy Cabalhin, SSG Vice-President and national anthem conducted by Ms. Jarlyn
E. Anito, SSG Secretary. An opening message by Ms. Aneliza Polinar, SSG

President was then followed. After that was a talk on the significance of the
celebration by Mrs. Emelda G. Crombie, the School Head.
The highlight of the program was the tribute to teachers. Each grade level
presented dances and songs and then gave flowers and cards to the teachers. All
teachers gave a response to their students through giving messages.
The program ended successfully through the efforts of the SSG Officers as
well as the active participation of the students and teachers.
IV- RECOMMENDATION
Through the participation of the students and teachers, it makes the activity
successful. So, it is recommended that:
