Key Tasks and Responsibilities

 Collaborate closely with the conference production team to gain a


comprehensive understanding of the event program, ensuring alignment
with sales strategies.
 Conduct thorough research to identify potential attendees and generate
leads, contributing to the growth of the attendee base.
 Utilize cold-calling techniques to effectively sell event participation to a
curated list of potential attendees, showcasing the value and benefits of the
conference.
 Build meaningful and enduring client relationships over the phone, utilizing
excellent interpersonal skills to foster engagement and trust.
 Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, meticulously updating
attendee details and information to ensure accurate tracking of progress.
 Provide dedicated support to delegates throughout the registration process,
offering assistance and guidance to enhance the overall attendee
experience.
Required Skills and Experience

 Possess a high level of confidence and exceptional telephone etiquette,
enabling effective communication with potential attendees.
