EXPERIENCE SDCE: Juvenile Court and Community School, April 2010 - Present Teacher Assistant / Office Assistant Assisted senior faculty in creating lesson plans, grading, behavior management, mentoring, tutoring, attendance, administering tests, copying, and extensive par ent contact due to behavior and attendance issues. Facilitated growth in high risk students by planning and attending weekly meetin gs to plan course of action with respect to urgent issues concerning family, gan g, school, and peer issues with these high risk youths. Involved in researching various youth resources, assisted students in seeking em ployment opportunities, prepared and encouraged students to go back to tradition al school, and helped seniors get caught up so that they can graduate.
