    "Hello, my name is My Linh, and I am excited to apply for the position of

    Online English Communication Teacher at Step Up Education. I am currently


    based in Can Tho, Vietnam, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Banking and
    Finance from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, where I
    graduated with a good classification. My journey with English began in high
    school, where I first discovered my passion for the language. Over the years,
    I have dedicated myself to mastering English, which culminated in achieving
    an overall IELTS score of 6.5 in August 2023. My journey was not without its
    challenges, but it was through persistence, practice, and a genuine love for
    the language that I reached this level of proficiency

    With experiences as an English tutor as well as having recently achieved 6.5


    IELTS certificate, I've had the privilege of guiding students through their
    language learning journey, when it comes to my teaching approach I really
    like to tailor my teaching approach to individual students needs. I really
    believe that every student has varying individual needs and I'd like to get to
    know them and tailor my classes to what works well for them.

    Moreover, i enjoy integrating relevant topics into classes so that students will
    be able to use them in daily conversations. I also believe that the best way of
    learning English is to have the student speak as much as possible so that
    they feel more comfortable using it in different types of contexts and
    experiences. My goal is to help students to speak English fluently and
    naturally in different settings.

    For me, teaching is not just about imparting knowledge but also about
    inspiring and motivating students to achieve their best. My approach is
    student-centered, focusing on practical usage and interactive practice.

    My experiences as a café server and translator helps me to effectively built


    rapport, shared knowledge, ensuring accurate communication across
    languages

    during my spare time, you'll find me indulging in my hobbies—learning new


    things, I’m also studying Japanese so i know how to help students widen their
    vocabulary. i can act and sing too, making sure that all my lessons are
    interesting, interactive and informative.

    I am particularly excited about the opportunity to work with your innovative


    program supported by The Coach app, which emphasizes practical
    application over rote learning
