Experiences At Thibi.co, I helped transition projects from traditional waterfall or
unstructured approaches to Agile and hybrid models by analyzing
the project nature and applying the most suitable methodology. I
streamlined workflows and introduced cohesive team
collaboration through new processes. We worked together on:

Neurodivergent-Friendly Design
As a neurodivergent user myself, I'm deeply invested in creating
neuro-inclusive products that support users with neurodivergent
challenges like ADHD, AuDHD, and related conditions that disrupt
daily executive functioning. My goal is to explore and research tools
for adults with high-functioning autism and open-source study
organizers for kids with these symptoms through accessible,
supportive tech.

Based on my experience and own struggles, I feel that

neurodivergent individuals often struggle with typical productivity
tips, feeling drained instead of helped. As a creator, I'm researching
different thinking patterns to apply in designs that accommodate
diverse behaviors, so that those with difficulties (all-inclusive) can
feel less overwhelmed and actually get things done (hopefully).

My final year dissertation was a skin cancer detection

helper. I worked on a Matlab project performing image
processing algorithms and machine learning approaches.
The program can do initial screening of the image source
and filter the ones that are most likely to be cancer so that
doctors can decide if cancer has affected that area. My
mission was to help doctors in their decision-making and
have a bigger picture sense by looking at a processed
image.
