    I am Jecel D. Libay, a first-year Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLED)

    Waste Segregation and Disposal Among First-Year BTLED Students at Surigao del Norte
    State University—Mainit Campus.”

    This quantitative study aims to explore factors influencing waste segregation and disposal
    practices among first-year BTLED students, utilizing a survey questionnaire (9 questions)
    among 85 participants. Informed consent and data confidentiality will be ensured.

    I hope this message finds you well. My name is Jecel D. Libay, and I am a first-year Bachelor
    of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLED) student at Surigao del Norte State
    University, Mainit Campus. I am currently conducting a research study entitled, “Factors
    Affecting Improper Waste Segregation and Disposal Among First-Year BTLED Students at
    Surigao del Norte State University—Mainit Campus.”

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors contributing to improper waste properly
    segregation and disposal practices among first-year BTLED students. Your participation in
    this research is vital, as it will provide valuable insights into the issues being studied.

    You have been selected as one of the respondents for this study. Please note that participation
    is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time without penalty. If you agree to
    participate, you will be asked to complete a survey questionnaire consisting of 20 questions.
    The survey is estimated to take approximately [estimated time] to complete.
