This looks like a traditional combination packing set but curated with passion, devotion and
determination which made it truly unique in the planet.
Salient features:
➢ ULTRA low emission performance, certified as per API 622, 3rd edition from Yarmouth Research
& Technology, USA – 10 ppm maximum leakage for 1/4" & 12 ppm maximum leakage for 1/8"
section, over 1510 cycle
➢ Virtually Zero leakage even with high permeable gas
➢ No relaxation or tightness even after 1510 mechanical cycle with 5 thermal cycle
➢ Certified for Fire Safe compliance as per API 607, 8th edition from Yarmouth Research &
Technology, USA – Zero leakage during and after burning for 40 minutes
➢ Zero corrosion in both ambient & high temperature corrosion test for 28 and 35 days respectively, in
continuous exposure to rich corrosive environment, when tested as per API 622.
➢ Virtually Zero friction even at very high endurance, tested friction factor: 0.1 from Yarmouth Research &
Technology, USA
➢ Specially engineered variable density with unique design provides extremely low friction factor and
unrivalled emission performance.
➢ Value addition by extending Valve life, low actuator capacity, significantly reduces energy consumption.
➢ Debilitated emission performance ensures protection from disaster, eliminates energy loss and enhances
plant efficiency.
Each yarn is reinforced and jacketed with Inconnel wire mesh. The reinforcement and jacketing with Inconnel wire
mesh in each yarn enables the packing to withstand extreme mechanical stress and cyclic loads.
• Special lubricating agents reduces stem friction and corrosion inhibitor prevents pitting due to galvanic
corrosion.
• Very high sealing efficiency even on oscillating valve stems without much wear and tear.
• The reinforcement and jacketing of Inconnel wire enhances the strength of packing and also to withstand
high temperature and pressure

Construction : Style 141 is a Self lubricated & Graphited Non-Asbestos, Non-Metallic gland packing manufactured from heat &
chemical resistant Inorganic Refractory Oxides in fibrous form in interlock braid. Incorporation of high purity graphite & special
lubricants with sacrificial metal corrosion inhibitor increases the lubricating properties & heat dissipating factor of

Construction : Style Insealant 95 is an Excellent Homogeneous Extruded packing. All the formulated ingredients are chemically
inert in nature and is highly Antifrictional. The packing is strong and stable but extremely flexible, smooth, malleable and
mouldable. The packing is also having good heat dissipation properties.

• Style 360 stack gasket are die formed rings manufactured from alternative layers of
graphite foils and stainless-steel. The horizontal reinforcement of SS foil increases
pressure resistance as well as mechanical strength.
• Style 360 stack gasket is totally contamination free. These gaskets have high
thermal and dimensional stability and extremely low gas/liquid permeability, very
low thermal expansion and extremely high chemical resistance.
• Style 360 stack gasket adjusts to any irregularities under moderate pressure and

310/310 C Graphite Pressure Seal Gasket
310/310 C graphite pressure seal gaskets are made from very high purity graphite ribbon without any additives and are
used in pressure seal valves. SS end caps on top and bottom ensure extrusion resistance. This comes in varied construction
ranging from rectangular, angular (u shape, I-shape) construction to meet various industrial needs.
• The unique design ensures extreme extrusion resistance without compromising sealing performance.
• Low detrimental material content enables virtually no decomposition even at high temperature.
• The gasket exhibits extremely low oxidation at elevated temperature.
• Available with wire mesh reinforcement inside for very high-pressure rating.

PTFE Cartseal
Cartseal is a combination of braided and moulded packing ring set for
ultimate performance. The top and bottom made up of rigid PTFE rings and intermediate rings are made up of dry pure PTFE fibre yarn
interlocked braided packing. This packing is manufactured without any lubricants or additives of any kind.
Cartseal is a combination of variable densities engineered based on working conditions. This combination packing ring set has already
proved its worth to all valve OEMs and also in different industries.
Cartseal is inert to almost all known chemicals except molten alkali metals and aquarezia, hence volume loss due to chemical attack is
almost nil which leads to longer leakage free operational life.
