Focusing on the process yields better outcomes than concentrating only on the
results. The foundation to build any business lies in human relations and
management and then comes the technical skills. I was enlightened by these
thoughts early in my life as my father imparted them when he laid the foundation of
business. My father is curious and relishes solving complex problems that hinder
society. As a child, I sometimes accompanied him to his work, and he narrated his
captivating business anecdotes. These incidents nurtured me as a child and shaped
my future. I have inherited my father's virtues and qualities which I desire to
enhance through structured education.
Finding the right business management experts with the skills and capability to
transform any business into a successful and well-established organization and
business venture are often two crucial factors that coax entrepreneurs and owners
to look for them. Surviving growing competition and remaining firm in this fast-
growing competitive world has become essential. To attain the skills and tools I need
to handle all business-related issues successfully, a master's in international business
management has become a vital and necessary tool due to the growing demand for
skilled and professional business management experts. Therefore, I want to pursue a
master's in international business management from the prestigious University of
Aberdeen.
I have also been on an Exchange semester at Ecole Centrale de Lille, France which
has given me foreign environment exposure, and I'm one of the 8 students who have
been given that opportunity from the entire batch Mahindra University 2019. I have
been involved in various projects like Gas characterization using Thermal sensors
and ways to reduce Carbon footprint in 3DCP construction using various SCMs under
the guidance of industry experts there in France.
I'm switching to a business course from civil engineering since I'm using civil
engineering with a business-related twist as my motivation. I chose to study civil
engineering because I am fascinated by civil structures. I intend to pursue a business
career, work to become a better person in every way, and employ all of my
expertise to become a prosperous entrepreneur.
Thanks,
Dheeraj
