Technical tasks
As part of the handover strategy for East Canada Paper, the handover of the following technical tasks will
be completed and agreed upon:
• Monitoring
• Workshops/trainings for remaining skills transfer
• Removal of all the sensitive data (unless legally acceptable to be kept)
• Check if all deliverables were provided to ECP

Business process checklist items
Identify examples of business process-related items that you will include in the handover checklist.
• Do East Canada Paper (ECP) users know how to view the list of suppliers meeting certain criteria?
• Does the end user know how to open and close an accounting period?
• The budget report needs to have a new subtotal for the department. Can the support team do this?
• Does customer know how to execute a data archiving/data destruction process?

Support process checklist items
Identify examples of support process-related items that you will include in the handover checklist.
• Does the support team know how to fix an issue in the delivery date format?
• Does the support team know how to fix a jump in the numbering of invoices?
• Does customer know how to rebuild and refresh the test environments?
• Does customer know how to patch the systems?

Identify an action you would take with respect to GDPR during the handover process of the East Canada
Paper SAP implementation project.
