Topic:
• The topic is the specific area that you wish to explore/describe/work on.

Title:
• The title of the project describes the exact work done in the project.
• It can be 12-15 words in length.

Project Summary/Extended Abstract:


• An abstract is an overview or a brief summary of project work, which helps the
reader to ascertain the purpose of carrying out the project work.

Introduction of the Study:


• It provides information about the topic chosen and details of the area/industry to
which the project belongs.

Objective(s) of the Study:


• It defines the purpose of undertaking the project.
Components of Project Report

Project Desrciption (Background Study):

• The "Project Description" chapter provides a detailed account of the


methodology, data collection, and analysis process undertaken in the field
project. It serves as the backbone of the report, offering insights into how the
project was conducted, the tools and techniques used, and the outcomes
of the analysis.
• This chapter is crucial as it demonstrates the systematic approach adopted
to achieve the project objectives and provides transparency and
reproducibility.

Findings and Conclusion


 Interpret and elaborate findings of the research and suggestions based on
critical analysis of the results.

Bibliography & References:


 This section provides a list of each author and paper cited in the research
report. Any fact, idea, or direct quotation used in the report should be cited
and referenced.

 Figures, graphs, tables, appendices, and references should follow the


American Psychological Association (APA) Style guide.

Basic Guidelines for Field Project

• Project report may comprise of algorithms & flow chart but not the source code.

• Get your report reviewed and verified by your supervisor in soft well before finalizing it.

• Each copy of project report must contain a drive link (contain Report & Executable
Source Code) for final submission on the day of exam.

• Every group will have to prepare soft copy of project report.

• Failing to fulfilling the required instructions and formatting may lead to rejection of report
totally.

• Each group will comprised of four learners.

• The group details will be provided by the supervisor.

• Every supervisor will contact learners according to their time suitability.

Evaluation System for Field Project
Plagiarism Check

 Plagiarism check would be conducted before evaluation, for all the Project
Report submissions. If any report exceeds 10% plagiarism (Max acceptance
up to 10%), the same will be rejected, and the student will undergo the
process of resubmission as per the rules.

 A plagiarism report will be generated on Turnitin software.
