The North American Christian Convention (NACC) provides ideas, inspiration, and identity to Restoration Movement churches, ministries, and their leaders. The NACC began in 1927. The NACC attracts both vocational and non-vocational Christian leaders and their families. The NACC does not represent nor does it belong to an official denominational organizational structure of polity. Representatives from the NACC Leadership have written you welcome letters in their own words. We are so glad you could join us!
Rick Rusaw
2012 NACC President Welcome to orlando! over 51 million people a year visit orlando and the majority of them come to see mickey. While you may include a visit to the magic Kingdom while youre here, i am grateful youre here because of a greater Kingdom! my ultimate prayer for the 2012 NAcc is that youll be Refreshed. i hope youre stretched by new ideas, strategies and opportunities that are changing the landscape of ministry and inspired by stories of what god is doing in the lives of others. ultimately, i hope youre healed by gods presence meeting you wherever you are at this moment. Please take moments to find encouragement, opportunities to connect with new and old friends, and time to relax. i also hope that you are refreshed to return home and continue the work of doing the same for others. thanks for joining us.
President, has a powerful lineup of speakers and presenters. they will inspire you, encourage you, and offer a fresh look at the church. lastly, i hope you are refreshed physically by the beautiful surroundings and the relaxing surroundings.
Lynn Ragsdale
2012 NACC National Prayer Chairman it is a joy and honor to be the national prayer chairman for the North American christian convention. it is especially rewarding to serve under this years theme. indeed we want your NAcc experience to be refreshing and prayerful. A particularly exciting record of events is recorded in the book of Nehemiah. it is the record of the rebuilding of the wall of Jerusalem. it was in shambles and had been for many years. the record is a lesson in leadership, accomplishment, and prayer. Nehemiah displays a special brand of leadership in chapter 2 when he says, But now I said to them, You know very well what trouble we are in. Jerusalem lies in ruins, and its gates have been destroyed by fire. Let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem and end this disgrace! For some that speech may be an apt description of the church where you serve. it may describe the mission field where god has placed you. We desire that the ministry of prayer at this convention be refreshing for those of you who might use similar words to depict your situation. two specific areas of prayer are offered. there will be prayer partners available in a special room following each main session at the convention. You may pray alone or invite one of these warriors to hold you up as well. the second specific prayer focus will be the prayer walks that utilize the beautiful setting of the convention to help us regroup and refresh as we walk and enjoy the surroundings.
Don Jeanes
NACC Board of Stewards Chairman Welcome to the 2012 North American christian convention. this convention is unique in that the entire convention will be under one roof the orlando World center marriott Resort and convention center. however, even though the facility sets the atmosphere for the convention, it is the mission of the convention that hopefully will make this years convention outstanding for you. the theme, Refreshed, sets the tone for the week. When you leave at the end of the convention, i hope you are refreshed relationally. Refreshed because you have connected with new christian friends or re-connected with old friends. Fellowship is one of the values of the NAcc. i look forward to meeting friends and sharing ideas and needs and also developing new friends. the NAcc is indeed a connecting place. Also, i hope you are refreshed spiritually by the program. Rick Rusaw, the 2012

2012 NACC Local Arrangements Co-Chairperson greetings from Florida christian college. We are delighted to have the North American christian convention located in our backyard. our theme this year is Refreshed. We all need to be refreshed at some point in our ministry and in our daily lives. What greater way to be refreshed than to spend it with like-minded believers, studying and hearing the Word preached, spending time in Worship, and just enjoying fellowship? many people have been preparing and praying for your visit. this years convention promises to be one of great encouragement. ive attended the NAcc for years, and i am excited about this years program. You may not be able to attend everything, but there will be material available that you will be able to take home to share with your church, family, and friends. take a moment to stop by the Florida christian college booth and meet some of our faculty and staff; and maybe even set up a time this week to visit the campus. Visit the NAcc ticket counter for information about its time to sing, a hymn sing event on campus this week. i encourage you to have a great time, renew some old friendships, make some new friendsand be refreshed, stretched and inspired at the NAcc 2012.
of christ delivered to them on the day of Pentecost, i hope we will walk away from this years convention with a renewed desire to know christ better and then make him known.

James C. Book
2012 NACC Local Arrangements Co-Chairperson the theme for this years convention is Refreshed. When i think of this term, i cant help but contemplate a scripture verse in Acts 3:19, Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the lord. Notice the refreshing times come about when gods people come together in his company with a spirit of repentance and open hearts. my prayer has been and will be that during this convention hearts and minds will be challenged and directed towards a new beginning and that our ministries and our faith will be awakened by the fellowship and the messages we have experienced at this years convention. Just as the Jews encountered this new spirit brought about by the redemptive message
Again, Welcome! We are happy you are here and wish you a REFRESHING week at the 2012 NACC!
