General Features
3 washing cycles for every kind of soil 120,180 & 240sec. Self cleaning cycle Possibility to adjust temperature for crystal glasses Soft start of wash pump for longer pump life and reduced energy consumption
More flexibility One board does it all regardless of the options (drain pump, automatic detergent dispenser...)
More reliable and faster measurement of the boiler and tank sensors
Switching ON
Push ON/OFF button; the display shows the user interface firmware release 3.00
When the customer switches on the machine and the boiler is empty, the tank filling starts. A flowing message FILL appears on the display.
Switching OFF
Push ON/OFF button; messages on the digital display disappear and the machine gives out an acoustic beep. Both microprocessor and all functions in progress are reset. ! Pay attention: even if switched off, the machine is still under voltage !
Stand-By
In stand-by mode the machine is ready but no wash cycle is selected (e.g. when customer switches the machine on in the morning and he starts operating in the afternoon); the energy consumption is reduced and the temperature in the area under the tank decreases.
Wash Cycles
Push any Wash cycle button or close the door/hood after wash cycle selection
The Boiler waiting device allows the rinse cycle to start only if set boiler temperature btC has been reached. So:
if the set boiler temperature btC has been reached, the rinse starts; if the set boiler temperature btC has been not reached, the machine continue to wash, increasing the total cycle time.
Boiler Adjustment
During the rinse cycle the temperature is measured in the boiler (boiler temperature), while the digital display must show the rinse temperature.
Due to the difference between boiler temperature and rinse temperature, the shown rinse temperature is calculated by using the boiler temperature and an adjustment parameter bAJ.
Self-cleaning Drain
4 consecutive Rinse cycles clean all internal surfaces of the washing chamber, which have been in contact with dirty recycled water.
Offers optimum protection of valuable glasses & plates by offering a gentle build up of wash water pressure
