• Orientation of the site to allow more north light and less solar radiation.
• Natural shade by surrounding topography
SITE

• Away from daily urban traffic.

• Good neighborhood with low crime rates.

• Existing Site Conditions (Built and in Built forms)

• Communal Acceptance - Contextual Design

CHALLENGES FOR
DESIGN
• Different typology of
buildings require their own
type of functionality.
Integration of them and
ensuring ~
interconnectivity between
the spaces is maintained,
and the site circulation,
flow of vehicular
traffic and pedestrian
traffic are consistent and
free flowing.
• Adhering to various behavioral patterns of such a large number of target user groups.

• The paradigm shift of education to online mode, required for our buildings to have the ability for adaptive reusability.

• Three major aspects of design ~ Sustainability, Technological Advancements, and Cultural Integrity, to be retrofitted
together.
+ + +
• Cultural, Economic, Social, Ecological Connectivity
