Meaning of a Resume:
 A résumé is a brief document that
summarizes your education, employment
history, and experiences that are relevant to

which you are applying.

 The purpose of a résumé (along with your
cover letter) is to get an interview.

Example:

Qualifications Summary:

 A qualifications summary offers a brief view


of your key qualifications.
 The goal is to let a reader know within a few
seconds what you can deliver.

 Intermediate skills with a variety of analytical
tools including Microsoft Excel and Google
Analytics
 Multiple research and communication
projects
Example:

 Exceptionally well organized and resourceful


Professional with more than six years
experience and a solid academic background

skills; able to handle multiple projects while

Education:

 Include the most recent qualification


 Begin with the recent and move to the older
qualification. ( This is often optional)
