First phase is to establish a basic web presence through the creation of a website. The website will consist of
a home page. p lus up to 7 uniquely structured pages with unlimited number of pages with similar design
or page structure. The website design will be flexible for future expansion. and will be the first step in
establishing consistent brand styles.

Website built on Wordpress CMS

For a website built using wordpress CMS. the frontend look and feel of the website will all be proprietary
and personalised to reflect the brand's identity and standards.

Multiple Ul/UX designs shall be shared before finalising the page design and initialising development of the
website and all the related pages.

The wordpress CMS will be used for the backend and content management system for the client to have full
access of the website from the WP admin panel.

Proprietary website coded from scratch

The website will be coded from scratch after a final decision is reached on the frontend design and the UX
for the website and all its pages have been finalised.

The website will not be using any theme or template and the code will be proprietary and owned by the
Client along with the website and all its content.

Also included in construction of the website is a Content Management System. This will allow the Client to
update page content using a simple word processing-style interface, without requiring knowledge of
advanced web code or usage of advanced CMS admin panel.

Website Content

All content shared by client as well as copies written by us will be checked for p lagiarism and utmost care
will be taken to prevent any possible copyright claims.

Website content will also be proprietary and owned by the Client after publishing and usable on any
co llaterals as intended by the Client.

Ul/UX Design Process

The process will require the Client to review and settle on a UI design and suggest changes as neccessary
before the finalising the deisgn and initiation of the development phase.

The UI designs will be shared in links viewable on any browser which will be shared but access to open files
will only be provided for the finalised design a long with all the d eliverables after the project's successful
closure.

The Client may suggest as many changes tweaks and changes and upto 3 refreshed designs and interations
if they do not find the designs satisfactory.

The Ul/UX design will be provided for both PC screen sizes as well mobile devices and will be required to
be reviewed by the Client before finalising a design and initialisation of development.

The final coded website will be chechked and tested on m u ltiple devices and any screen flaws will be
corrected before final publishing . The Client may a lso suggest changes if they find the website to be buggy
or causing viewing problems on a device or screen size and the same will be debugged during the
