mandatory and recommended spare part, operation and maintenance during testing and
commissioning, warranty and inspection prior to final acceptance of complete plant
7 Bid Bond 10% from Work Values and will submit with 4 weeks counting from Bid Document receive
from PT Rekadaya Elektrika
Next Step
A. If scope of work SUMEC will be engineering, procurement and construction,
SUMEC will provide :
 Master schedule of material supply, levering of material, custom clearance,
delivery to site 20 May 2022 or 21 May 2022
 According to Assessment Activity : Completeness of detail design until
approval from the Owner
 Provide construction method
 According to Cleaning and Preservation will do Erection and Commissioning
 According to Cleaning and Preservation will do First Inspection : 1 month
before end of warranty period Unit Power Plant
B. Priority : Installation Over Head Crane, Mechanical Works, Electrical Works
