1.- HOTEL
 A hotel is the most common and
broadest concept we find.

 It is basically one of the types of

lodging that temporarily houses
guests or travelers in independent
rooms, providing them with various
daily services (cleaning, food,
reception, etc.) personalized and
complementary. They are usually
rated between 1 and 7 stars.
2.- HOSTEL
 Nowadays, a hostel is related to
budget travelers or backpackers, even
many times they are usually called
Backpacker Hostel or Hostels. A
more low-cost concept, with single
and shared rooms. In many cases
they have common services such as
the kitchen and bathrooms. By 2020
there are already luxury hotels.
3.- MOTEL.
 For the most part, they are
located near the roads, such as
transit establishments and
direct access to the rooms as
they have large parking areas.
The concept derives from the
union of Motor + Hotel. If you
do a Roadtrip you could stay in
this type of accommodation.
4.- APART-HOTEL
 It is a type of hotel, oriented to long
stays, the rooms are like apartments,
since in addition to their own
bathrooms, they have a kitchen
equipped to prepare your own meals.
That is, they combine the comfort
and independence of an apartment,
with services that it normally offers
and enjoys in a hotel.
5.- APARTMENT
 Also known in other places as a
department. Today this concept is
becoming very popular among
travelers. With reservations through
specialized websites such as Airbnb
(you can book here) with which you
can book to stay in a certain place, as
if you were in your own home. With
the independence that this entails.
6.- BOUTIQUE HOTEL

 It is a type of hotel with few

rooms, which is usually within
the category of a 5-star hotel.
With unique decorations and
features, they are themed
hotels that usually impress
their guests, since they offer an
exclusivity with which they
intend to differentiate
themselves from others.
7.- RESORT
 They are Great Complexes.
Accommodation for tourist and
holiday trips with full services
for guests looking for
relaxation and lots of
entertainment. With huge
swimming pools, sports
facilities, spa, exclusive clubs,
luxury environments, group
activities, in short, an all-
inclusive resort.
8.- GUEST HOUSE
 It could be translated as a guest
house, which differs from the
B&B because the owner does
not usually live in it, the
common areas are only used by
customers. Many of these
establishments also include
breakfast in their rates. Here
you can see this type of
property.
9.- LODGE

 If you want to be close to

nature, away from the city,
these establishments help you
disconnect from the everyday,
they are usually made of
ecological materials, very
natural, wood, stone, ceilings
with palm leaves, etc. With
services similar to classic
hotels in many cases.
10.- CAPSULE HOTEL

 With great acceptance and success in

Japan, where there are space problems.
This unique concept that is spreading
around the world, are very economical
because they allow to offer a large
number of capsules in a small space.
Bathrooms and other facilities are
common. It is a concept that due to its
great profitability and usefulness will be
implemented in many airports.
Characteristics that make differents from
