• Brainstorm a number of physical solutions & chose a different one each to develop (no duplications!)
o Diversity & volume of ideas (15%)
o Magic! (20%)
• Map your individual solution in a storyboard, focusing on a strong beginning & end (15%)
• Gather user feedback on your solution & tweak it based on their feedback (15%)
• Finalize your solution & create a detailed service blueprint (35%)
