INTRODUCTION
Now-a-days, driver drowsiness is a significant factor in fairly large
number of vehicle accidents. From 2020-2023, more than 4000 people
died due to drowsy driving. Drowsy driving led to 795 deaths in 2023.
OBJECTIVE
The web camera sense the eye blinking of the driver while driving by
using the concept of deep learning.
deep learning compares the image of the eye with which already trained.
If it detects the closing of the eye, the mobile display the confirmation
message to the driver for confirmation of his not drowsy.
If the driver fails to response the message shown, then the buzzer will on
for the alerting the driver.

DISADVANTAGE
a. The driver has to wear the eye blink sensor frame while driving.
b. Only one DC motor has been used which represents only one wheel of the
vehicle.

Description
Truck drivers, company car drivers and shift workers are the most at risk of
falling asleep while driving. Majority of the accidents occur due to the
drunkenness of the driver. The burden of which lies on the company owner as
they are made liable. It can lead to economic loss. In this presentation we
present an adaptive driver and company owner alert system and an application
that provides driving behaviour to the company owner.
DISADVANTAGE
It passes the message, Image and location of driver to the owner through
mobile android application via mail.
The sensing of drowsiness, capturing the image through mobile camera and
sending details to the owner via mail are the most essential goals.
There are four DC motors are used for the speed limit
process for the vehicle.
DISADVANTAGES
False Alarms and Missed Detections: Drowsiness detection systems can be prone to both false
positives and false negatives, reducing reliability.
• Environmental Sensitivity: Factors like poor lighting or extreme conditions may impact the
system's accuracy.
•Maintenance and Cost: Regular maintenance is crucial, and the initial implementation and upkeep
costs can be significant.
•Limited Applicability: Drowsiness detection systems may not be suitable for all contexts, making
universal thresholds challenging.
•Privacy and Ethics Concerns: Continuous monitoring raises privacy and ethical considerations that
need careful attention.
