I’m a good two weeks late but is sad eclipse still relevant

there’s a poetry contest that I kinda want to enter, but the requirement is a single 10-page poem. which is nuts. it would have to be some sort of rhyming short story….

no, it’s 10 pages! but it’s okay because I have a story to adapt. it’s been rejected everywhere because it’s a little too unpleasant (redditor tries to resurrect a racehorse because he wants to sell its breeding rights, but gets stomped to death instead) but maybe making it rhyme will soften it

Legit I just had this talk with my parents this morning. My day bought an Easter Lilly and I told him to get rid of it

Also important to note: Daffodils are part of the lily family, so they pose a threat to cats as well. Be aware and keep the purry friends safe. 

Every time I sold flowers at my old job, I warned about the dangers of lilies if the bouquet contained them.  I really wish that lilies came with warning labels.
