You know what I love about this statement? The fire inside of it, the rage directed at a racist action from a school administrator. There is no professional glossing about this, no usage of “we do not condone this behavior”. This was not done to make those reading it feel comfortable, it is a direct shaming of behavior that these young men knew better than to demonstrate.

This is the LEADER of a institution of higher learning firing back and telling a group of students that they are a disgrace to the school name.

I love President Boren’s overall attitude of, “You knew the rules when you showed up, here are the consequences, because in 2015, you all knew far better.” He even acknowledges it was “freedom of speech”, but addresses they abused that, resulting in consequences.

I am so here for this.

Sophie Goodhart is set to direct the feature version of her own 2003 Palm d’Or nominated short film, My Blind Brother. Joining the film in leading roles are Adam Scott, Jenny Slate and Nick Kroll.  Scott will play a handsome man who gets all the women and is the perfect athlete–even though he’s blind, while Kroll plays his less handsome brother, whose role in life is to serve as his brother’s eyes. That is, until they both fall in love with the same woman, played by Slate.

i love that in the HP universe sometimes wizards are born to two muggle parents. like theyve suddenly gotta take their kids shopping for their first year of school and try to maintain their composure while they are in the process of finding out that magic is literally real and there are like giants and goblins and they have to be all “ok have fun at school honey” and send them off on a magic train to a place they physically cant go to or see
