eddie made a whole fucking meal from scratch! and they ate the chinese food anyway! fuck eddie worked so hard on that dinner! he called his emotional support best friend who can cook to help! he was so nervous and excited and helena just! wrinkled her nose! iโ€™m gnawing at the bars of my enclosure.

ok yes i wanted eddie to yell at his parents but also the way he was so confident in himself and his role as chris's dad that he didn't need to? so good. just strolling in with a smile, packing up, not taking her bait. because she's not worth his time or energy and he can see that now!!!!!! but also (and crucially) he was still a bitch <3
