The problem the fandom has in general with interpreting/predicting/analyzing the show - and how uncertain so many of us are about our own predictions, is because:
The fandom analyzes things based on:
- What makes sense for the characters
- What dovetails with their histories
- What is narratively satisfying
- What's consistent and appropriate for the characters and the storylines
- What develops the characters in ways that make sense
- What fits with previous storylines and character beats
Whereas the writers seems to write based on:
- Like, whatever, man
- You know what'd be funny, though...
- Throwing stuff at a wall
- And just like, vibes, you know?
